Your Account

Your customer account certainly is free and without any obligation. Before you place an order you need a customer account to deposit your delivery and billing address. It's also the place where you can see all open and processed orders.

How to delete the Customer's Account

If you don't need your account any more just send an email from the address given in the customer account and we delete your customer account.

We won't hand over your personal information to any third party

The personal information of your customer's account will not be given to anybody else. They are used only to process your orders.

How to use your account

Show all ordered items

You can view all items you ever ordered. This makes it easier for you to look for spare parts or to order another copy of certain items.

Where is my order?

You can find out about the status of your order and see if it has already been processed.

• Open: You can still cancel your order.
• Shipped: The parcel is on the way. No cancellation possible.
• Canceled: Order has been canceled and won't be sent.
