Besides the usual advantages of electronic ballasts, such as the longer life of the bulbs, the non present flickering and the lower power consumption, the NXE ballasts by GIB Lighting offer numerous additional improvements.
By means of the integrated circuit bulbs can be operated with a higher or lower wattage than indicated by their nominal capacity. This allows for example to reuse older bulbs a little longer.
The optimized aluminum housing with SSG (Silent Stream Grid) of the GIB Lighting NXE ballasts provides excellent cooling, an additional fan is not needed. The ballast is therefore absolutely silent.
The new generation of the GIB Lighting NXE electronic ballasts also provides a soft-start technology. This increases the service life of the lamps, thus ensuring long-lasting consistent lighting.
